Shipping and Handling

You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped. Once you receive your tracking number, it is your responsibly to keep up to date with your own delivery. 

Print orders usually leave the factory in approximately 2-3 working days.

Frame orders usually leave the factory in 4-7 working days.

Returns Policy 

As all items are custom made upon placing your order, we are not able to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind or wrong size or option chosen.

In the event that a print or frame has been damaged on its way to you, email us at iboardlight@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt of goods so that we can discuss a plan of action. Please include  photographs of the damage, the package and the address label, as well as a clear explanation of what has occurred. We will arrange a replacement if the responsibility is soley with the courier company.

Cuphealthy will not be responsible if the goods were damaged by the client in the process of opening the package, or if the claim is made past the 24 hour period of receiving the goods.

By placing an order with Cuphealthy you are hereby agreeing that you understand and accept all of the above.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 1-3 business days).

Refunds due to Unrecognized Charges (if applicable)

In some cases, we will allow refund up to 3 days after purchase, just make sure to email us and we will be more than glad to assist you. In the rare case that we do issue a refund, shipping is excluded.

Once it is shipped out, we cannot take responsibility if it is damaged, lost or delayed. However, do email us and let us know so we can assist you regarding this issue.
